The hotel's location near Termini Station is undeniably convenient for exploring the city; A mere five-minute stroll will get you there, which is a plus for busy travelers. I encountered some significant drawbacks. The room, while equipped with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, resembled a budget hostel more than a luxury hotel. The staff, although responsive, didn't fully address the issues we faced, leaving us wanting for a smoother experience. In the end, I sought better value elsewhere, given the unbalanced mix of luxury and financial expectation. You might want to explore your options before committing.
